We had a conference call with our agency yesteday...got all the families together to start preparing us for "the call". I was able to find out that there are six families in front of us before our group will get referrals. Sometime mid to late August they will get another batch of referrals, so depending on how many they get we may actually get a referral in the next 3 months and then travel shortly thereafter.
We are trying not to get our hopes up or even think about it much...but it is hard not to after really just putting it out of our minds for the last couple of YEARS!
Kids start school in two weeks (yes, even Brodie, DOH!) and then we will go to redo our finger prints and then it's just waiting on "the call".
