Dear Charles & Elisa,
After much anticipation, we have received Travel Approval Letters for your family. We are requesting appointments for your family to travel on Thursday, December 3rd.
Your travel group will tentatively depart for China on Thursday, December 3rd and will then return to the US December 17th or 18th. The consulate will respond to our request early next week. Once they confirm the date and time of your appointment (pending availability) we will email you to confirm travel dates.
Once travel dates have been confirmed we will be call you to review and confirm your international flight itineraries. We will send you a copy of the international flight itinerary that we have on hold for you via email. Please hold all questions concerning flights until we call you.
